Stick It On: Latest Music Bar Events

Latest Music Bar Events…

Stick It On has been hosting Latest Music Bar events for a number of years, and it’s one of our favourite Brighton venues. The spacious upstairs room and atmospheric downstairs room both offer great spaces for private parties or wedidng receptions. Being a local business means we’ve got to know the venue and staff really well and Stick It On always looks forward to hosting events there.

The beauty of Stick It On is that no two parties are ever the same, thanks to our guest driven, open-door music policy. With the event guests choosing and then playing the music, it cancels out any chance of a regular DJ getting too repetitive with their set.  With our unique, interactive DJ service, birthdays and weddings become even more intimate occasions.

Alex’s 40th Birthday Party…

When we were booked to host Alex’s 40th birthday party, we knew in advance it was going to be a great party. Under the headline ‘show us your greatest hits‘, the call went out to her friends and family to submit three-song DJ sets. Alex’s guests fully embraced the Stick It On ethos, as over forty of them submitted sets. Once the deadline had passed we sat down with Alex and worked out which sets would be lucky enough to get played. These decisions are always based on what makes the best music mix for each specific event in the time we have.

In keeping with our other Stick It On Latest Music Bar events, Alex’s was another rip-roaring success. Over 20 guest DJs rocked the house as the birthday girl celebrated reaching the age where they say life begins! A great venue, a unique entertainment concept and a room full of friends – that’s what memories are made of!
